I’d been struggling with lower back pain for over a year. For a long time, I couldn’t bend down to put on my pants, drive for more than 15 minutes, or even do simple stretches without triggering pain and stiffness. After Ms Chia’s manual therapy and dry needling, my basic mobility has returned and I feel much more comfortable and relaxed. I’m even able to start some basic weight-bearing exercises again. She’s very kind, approachable and cute, and I felt really comfortable throughout the sessions.”

First time going, taking advantage of the promotional price. The place was a bit confusing to go for first timer of the building like me, bcoz it's at the inner shop lots. Was greeted by Ms Chia, who happens to be my designated physiotherapist. She did a symptom background interview and explained the condition in a simple to understand manner. She's young, but she really knows her craft. She was very thorough with her assessment of my injury and was able to come up with an effective plan tailored to my circumstances to aid in its recovery. It's a really good place for physiotherapy. The therapist is very knowledgeable on the issues that I was facing. Mine was scoliosis which is common but mine was a mild case, and she handled it really well. Because of that, now I am able to walk pain free and do my regular workouts that I could not do previously. If I can give 10 starts I would! I've just done my first session today and it has already helped my neck movements. Just an idea, I tore my levator scapulae really bad! Every movement from shoulder up hurts. So happy that I booked an appointment with Wayne. He was very patient and understanding towards me, explaining each time what muscles and nerves were inflamed before he would work on them. He also took time to tell me what he was gonna do at each area to treat. I got the chance to try dry needling and it helps release some tension in my muscles!

Every movement from shoulder up hurts. So happy that I booked an appointment with Wayne.
